IFSCA (Performance Review Committee) Regulations, 2022
IFSCA has constituted three Performance Review Committees in compliance with Section 17 of the IFSCA Act, 2019 and the IFSCA (Performance Review Committee) Regulations, 2022.

Purpose: To review whether IFSCA has adhered to the provisions of the applicable laws while exercising powers or performing functions under the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019.

In terms of Section 17(3) of the IFSCA Act, 2019, any person may report to the Performance Review Committee, any incidence of:
a) Non-adherence of the provisions of any applicable law by the Authority;
b) Misappropriation of resources of the Authority by any person;
c) Abuse of powers of the Authority by any Member or employee of the Authority; or
d) Non-compliance of any decision of the Authority or by any Member or employee of the Authority.
